The place was really nice and new and everything was as expected based on the listing. We loved the design and the shower was great. It was very clean and the room smelled good too plus convenient location about a 10 minute walk to the train station which takes you to central Paris. Some things to improve on would be to install a curtain since you feel very exposed when the blinds are up, I think this would be an easy fix. A side table on the other side of the bed and some additional lighting near the dresser. Maybe laying down some planks for a small pathway would be helpful as well as it could be muddy outside the entrance when it rains. Clement was helpful and sent pictures for the check in process but a suggestion to add to press the button to open the door blinds since other guests from other countries are not so familiar with these blinds. Overall, this place is really good value for your money and I recommend it.

Stanza comoda ed accogliente, molto ben arredata, con un letto estremamente comodo. Clement e Margaux sono molto accoglienti e disponibili. Comodissima anche la posizione, preferibile alla periferia di Parigi, che si raggiunge molto comodamente con qualche fermata di RER. Consigliatissimo, soprattutto per soste brevi.
