Richie's place was exactly as described - fantastic space for 2 couples, each with our own double bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The communal spaces are a real bonus and all the main places in San Antonio are within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!

Two really nice large bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice living room and kitchen, absolute amazing pool and game room access, including billiard table and the largest tv I've ever seen. Keurig coffee maker, pods, other condiments. Very close to Riverwalk. Covered parking garage, and elevators for luggage. Would book again. Richie responds immediately to any question.

This is an elegant apartment a stone's throw from the River Walk and the Alamo. It's stylish, quiet, and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and didn't even have time to indulge in the pool and outdoor sitting areas. A lovely accommodation in a beautiful part of San Antonio.

This is the third time I am staying at Richie’s properties and for sure it’s not the last time. Richie is great! Communication was really good and he was very helpful with everything we needed. The apartment is clean, at a great location and super clean. Would not stay anywhere else, great apartment!

It's very quiet and clean the place you have a lot of privacy, it's very close to the river and you can even walk, the apt is beautiful.
