A modern villa in Dehradun, our house is in a quaint & peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by forests & mountains - A perfect place to reconnect with a slower way of life! 15 minutes to the centre & 35 minutes to Mussoorie, we are located just off Mussoorie Road. The property’s sprawling gardens with stately trees are a great place to unwind with a bonfire/barbecue. Guests can take a walk & explore the many beautiful hiking trails around. Or stay in & warm up by the fireplace in the glass house. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor with attached bathrooms. - All the rooms have king-sized beds & seating. There is one TV with Amazon Firestick. - All bathrooms have geysers and towels COMMON AREAS - There is 1 living room in the main house and 1 lounge area in the glass house, both offer seating up to 10 - 12 people each. - The dining area seats 6 - 8 people. - There are 4 lawns where lounge or dining set up can be made for upto 15 people. - Barbeque setup and outdoor fireplace can be setup upon request (at an additional charge) KITCHEN - We offer all meals from our kitchen. These are on a chargeable basis and need to be decided in advance. Tea and coffee will be served at breakfast and in the evening. For the rest of the day we offer complimentary coffee and tea that you may prepare on your own. You may also use our kitchen to cook on your own at an extra cost. - Restaurant delivery service is available upon request. STAFF ACCOMMODATION In case you’re travelling with any personal staff (nannies, maids or drivers) we provide separate accommodation with washrooms and their meals (provided in their rooms) on a chargeable basis. - There are CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas of the property & in the common areas. - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights, fans, TVs for up to 6 hours.
