Lake Me Away is a beautiful retreat on Lake Sara. The full house, garage & dock give you everything you want in a lake vacation. Situated in a lovely cove that's just across the lake from the public beach, a Marina & Pinky's Restaurant. The house is kept up-to-date with light colors & decor, and a stunning view of the lake. The all season porch is a great space to chill out & makes relaxing a breeze during your stay. The dock is equipped with all the amenities too, to truly 'lake' you away! House – Two bedrooms (one King, two twins) & one full bath. Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher (new in 2021!), microwave and Keurig coffee maker). Living room with TV (basic local networks available & a DVD player) and pull out sofa bed. All season porch with couch & chair, and small table with chairs. Additional space heating in porch during winter season. Outdoor deck with seating. Gas grill, table & chairs and firepit (new in 20211). Firewood available between Lake Me Away house & the neighbors. Garage – Bikes stored inside & available for guest use. Large trash cans located inside the garage. Dock – Stairs get you down to the dock. Upper and lower deck with lots of seating. Gas grill is there as well. Covered space with refrigerator, sink and to house paper goods, additional kitchen & cleaning items; life jackets and water toys stored in there. Life jackets are required. Half bathroom available on the dock too. Dock will accommodate two boats tied-up; lift is not available to guests. Kayaks and paddleboards (new for 2021!) available for use. Dock area is CLOSED & not operational during cold season (November-March/April). Please be respectful of ALL items in ALL spaces. Smoking, tobacco or marijuana, is not allowed anywhere on the property. ** A refundable security deposit of $250.00 is required. ** Owner does require short term lease agreement to be signed as well. Will be sent for signature once Airbnb booking is complete.
