Beautiful villa in Jan Thiel area of Curaçao. The place was very clean, pool was extremely well maintained, it was easy to get in and out, and very close to Jan Thiel beach which had several restaurants and shops. Very responsive staff to a few concerns. A few items: - no ceiling fans in rooms, and the one fan next to the kitchen area is broken, which was a little bit of a bummer. - Be prepared to pay extra for electricity. We only used AC at night between 4 adults and 2 children and still went over the allotted amount. I believe the charge is 0.5 euros for every KWH above 60/day. - No blankets and a minimal amount of essentials (soap, shampoo, trash bags, etc.) provided so be prepared to bring your own. - Bring bug spray and lots of sunscreen! - Cost about $60 for us to get one way from airport. There is a dedicated secure parking spot on the property which might be a more cost effective option for getting around. - Costs about

Heerlijke 10 dagen geweest en het huis is van alle luxe voorzien . Rustige omgeving en binnen 3 minuten lopen van het strand . Al met al een toplocatie en een super mooie villa. Elke kamer voorzien van airco en het zwembad word keurig gereinigd . Ook de poetsers hebben heel het huis schoongemaakt en nemen daar ook echt de tijd voor.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Prachtige villa in een rustige omgeving maar toch snel bij Jan Thiel en met een huurauto is het hele eiland te ontdekken. De villa voldeed aan alle verwachtingen en maakte onze vakantie een feestje! :)

At first glance it looks like a nice house. Beds and bedrooms are comfortable but the rest of the furniture is quite uncomfortable. Microwave wasn't working, neither was the fan, so we had to buy a standing fan to get some air moving, also to keep the bugs away. Alarm system started beeping at random times day and night and required a manual reset every time. Pool was nice and got cleaned twice a week most of the time. Area is quite noisy, several neighbors started playing music quite early, all tourists obviously. Supermarket is close, that's nice, and necessary because there are NO essentials at the house! Guess that's a Dutch thing. The property manager is great, very responsive and helpful. The only "negative" there was that we got charged for "excessive" electricity usage, even though it was just the two of us most of the time running the AC only at night... Not sure if we'll rent this property again.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Villa Reef! De villa was exact zoals op de foto’s, je hoeft het huis nauwelijks te verlaten om een heerlijke vakantie te hebben!
