This was one of my favorite stays. Leased the place for my parents anniversary and ended up staying a whole month. The house is exactly as pictured, clean and cozy. Both Ryan and Sheena helped through out the stay, super responsive and helpful. NO issues. Thanks guys.

My family and I stayed at Ryan's house for two months. What a joy it was! The home is very spacious; particularly the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The home was stocked with towels, extra bedding materials, and kitchenware. Having access to the attached two car garage also made life much easier. Half a mile away, there is a fantastic walking path along the mountains that leads to a variety of gorgeous canyon hiking paths. You also get an ethereal view of the mountains from the back of the home. I found myself in total bliss many days swimming in the pool while surrounded by such natural beauty. We spent the majority of our days swimming and using the (very strong) barbecue. I can't find anything negative to say here. Ryan is a great host and even responded immediately to my text once at 5AM. He will go above and beyond to ensure a great stay for your family. I look forward to renting with him again!

Overall, this is a nice place and we had everything we needed for our stay. It’s in a convenient location and a short walk in to town. Ryan and Sheena were timely in addressing any questions and were accommodating with requests. The home has nice amenities and was well stocked with household items. However, the outdoor space was a bit disappointing and did not align with the photos. The shade sail was not there, the plants were overgrown leaving limited access around the back and side of the pool, the stone base umbrella was broken and the other umbrella was not set up in the pool. Additionally, there were a few other minor issues. The window screen in one bedroom was missing, which made it inconvenient to sleep with the window open. There was also a good amount of noise in the mornings from both maintenance, neighboring dogs and construction. There was also quite a bit of junk and miscellaneous items in the garage and on the side of the house.
