Para empezar Vanessa es una excelente anfitriona, nunca tarda mucho para responder los chats lo cual es muy importante a la hora de llegada o por cualquier emergencia/eventualidad. Segundo el lugar, es igual que en las fotos y hacen lo posible por hacerlo sentir cómodo a uno. Faltaría un poquito de cari*o a la cocina compartida ya que en ocasiones hay huéspedes sucios que la dejan hecha un caos de resto es un lugar super tranquilo, abajo está el negocio de películas y snacks siempre a la mano, mucha privacidad la cual permite a uno como huésped ir y venir a la hora que desee sin preguntas incómodas ni nada por el estilo. Excelente ubicación frente al tranvía. Felicitaciones a Vanessa por su hospitalidad y amabilidad. Definitivamente cuando visite Cuenca este será mi lugar de nuevo!!

This place is close to supermarkets and restaurants, which is very convenient for dining and shopping. The tram stop is nearby. The room is very clean, and there is a common kitchen downstairs. Andrea is very helpful, easy to communicate, and meets my requirements one after another. Including power adapter, kitchen, parking motorcycles, and taking me to buy tram cards. I will go to Cuenca again soon, and of course I will live here.
