The house is very comfortable in terms of beds, the living room, the kitchen and the outdoor patio. Great outdoor kitchen. Lots of places to enjoy sitting outside. We were there in March and had some cold days. The house was very cold and heat is only available certain hours. There were no basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil, enough kitchen towels. Not enough toilet paper. But, the beach and the rocks near the beach were beautiful. The place and quiet and we enjoyed our time.

Excellent villa in a quiet location. Owl booking were fantastic- very responsive and very clear communication. Tips - book restaurants rather than walk-ins, Mallorca bike hire in Pollença are great. Taxis good value and pay by card on bus as it’s reduced cost .

We had a great stay at the villa! As a group of 25 year olds the villa had everything we needed including cooking space, a bbq, ping pong table and a large pool area. The villa is located very close to a few beaches and coves and we loved swimming. A Lidl is a short drive / taxi away and a few shops are within walking distance. We would really recommend the restaurant Modesto, we had a fabulous meal and the staff had been so friendly!! The only issues we found came to ordering taxis, the services seemed very limited and we even failed to book some meaning we missed market days. We did manage to arrange a few though! Would really recommend the villa if you’re looking for a chilled pool / beach hol :)

Beautiful, clean villa, with fabulous amenities and outdoor space. Pool and table tennis table were well used throughout our stay. Quiet, private location and amazing views. Highly recommend Modesto restaurant just a few minutes walk down the road. All communication with our hosts was friendly and helpful, and responses were speedy. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Can’t recommend this villa enough!
