Better than the photos! The home and amenities exceed all expectations. Immaculate on all fronts and incredible views . Greg and Heather are super responsive and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. We felt like part of the family. Highly recommend . John and Edie

First experience with an Air BnB. Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out. House was meticulously kept which is exactly how we like.

Greg and Heather‘s home is spectacular. The views from sunrise to sunset alone are worth the price of admission. The house is immaculate. Appliances are state of the art. It is fully equipped, beautifully furnished, and well-stocked. You’ll want to live on the porch. The location is incredible, as even though you are tucked away on the quiet, cozy waterfront, it’s just minutes to town and the beach. Greg and Heather are also very communicative and it’s obvious they want you to enjoy their home while you’re there. They were also very accommodating when we ran into weather-related travel issues, which we really appreciated. Can’t recommend more highly.

Let me start out by saying the house and location are beautiful. The pool was pristine and the entire place was very clean. The dock was great to fish off of, and the pictures accurately depict what you can expect during your stay. The rooms and amenities were what you would expect considering the $1000+ you will spend per night. Most of the issues that we had happened prior to our arrival. We booked the airbnb as a 4 person stay and Immediately after booking the host contacted us via text and email and was extremely concerned with the reason why we were there, who we were going to have over, what the ages of each guest was, etc. There was an unbelievable amount of rules for their house- such as no sunscreen in the pool- questioning how large our suitcases were incase we might scratch the floors/walls. Concern of handprints on the walls, they don't like people who come for weddings to stay there. They don't like any children in the house, etc. This is just a fraction of what they are concerned about. You can read more about their concerns on their 15 page pdf that they send to you and will enforce these rules via the many disclosed cameras throughout the house. Simply put, we felt uncomfortable and like we were walking on egg shells the entire time. If you pay for a high end airbnb, you hope to go and relax and not be concerned about your finger prints, cameras watching you, constant questioning etc. Honestly we came away from the trip more stressed than we left. We tried asking for a refund prior to the stay, especially since the host was exchanging several emails with us saying he wished he hadn't taken our reservation- but he would not let us cancel. Again, this house and location are beautiful, clean and everything you'd expect for the money you're spending, however I cannot recommend it because of the unnecessary scrutiny and interrogation we received prior to arriving. We have stayed at 30+ airbnbs around the world and never been treated this way or have had this experience.

What a wonderful stay! We spent a long weekend here and it was perfect! The house is gorgeous both inside and out, the location is perfect whether you want to spend time in town or on the water! In addition, Greg the host is great at communicating. From start to finish he was in contact to make sure everything went well! I would highly recommend staying here!!
