Host was very nice and friendly. House was very clean and had everything that you would need. Would love to go back again soon. Would definitely recommend to others.

We stayed at Douglas' cottage at winter. We wanted to have a weekend retreat in the winter forest and we got what we wanted. Although the weather was cold outside, it was warm and comfortable inside the house. Each room has its own thermostate so you can adjust the temperature as you prefer. The kitchen has all necessary utensils, cups and plates. Two TV's and wifi worked well (I'm not sure there was a sufficient cellphone coverage in the area, at least for us - we have Mint - so having good wifi was really important for us). The bathroom was clean and water was hot. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. There was a lot of parking space in front of the house.

We absolutely loved this place it is very cute and very clean. Everything you need is provided there is plenty of space inside and out. The property if very peaceful you cant hear any noise or see any people. You would never know they allow pets. We will definitely be booking again.10/10 recommend

Excellent stay on beautiful property. Doug was very helpful and accommodating. Be sure to download the directions to the property. We were arriving at night in the rain and our GPS took us far short of the property. There was no cell service and we were exasperated. Finally found a small spot with service and pulled down the directions and got to the property. Enjoyed our stay.
