Fantastic location in the town of Rancho Viejo, a peaceful, quiet, established golf community. Host was very accommodating and responsive when we had minor issues. Worked with us during our stay to provide flexible dates while we were moving between states. Location has immediate access to Rancho Viejo amenities, and a short drive to Brownsville and South Padre Island or a little further to McAllen. Keeping in mind that Rancho Viejo is an older neighborhood, the apartment is much roomier than depicted in the photos and invitingly cozy. The only downside was the owner of the upstairs apartment sporadically renovated the upstairs, and can be quite loud at times; but this isn't within the control of the Host, so I didn't base the review off of this. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time here. We will consider other options provided by the Host if we ever travel to another location he has availability. Thank you!

its really nice and comfortable. wonderful to have a washer and dryer and an excellent ice maker in the kitchen freezer

Spacious & comfortable! We loved the ample space in every room. The outdoors is very relaxing, whether you sit on the quiet back porch or take a stroll by lake. The elegant decor makes the already amazing space even more enjoyable. The host was super helpful and extremely quick at responding anytime we needed something. Loved it all!

Enjoyed my stay place was clean and comfortable but there wasn’t much toilet paper, no trash bags, the tv was a bit small for such a large area and my wife insisted there should’ve been salt,pepper, seasoning etc.

We loved this place. And it was a simple drive to the beach and back. But just as important, I’ve never had a host so responsive and so easy to chat with.
