Top notch home with almost every amenity. It needs an elevator. Our schlepping days are over so we will not return to this property, which is a shame.

We stayed in early June 2023. We enjoyed our stay at The Sand Box, however, be aware that the houses on each side are under construction so there was absolutely no peace and quiet at the pool or decks which was disappointing. The house itself is really nice, clean and plenty of bath towels. Kitchen could use more pots/pans. Two main complaints, one was the trash pick up. Bins were collected by mgmt to be put out at end of street but not returned in a timely manner so we had trash bags piling up outside with no where to place them. Later had night time critters who made a mess of it and we had to clean it up. Took a few follow ups with office to finally get someone to return the bins. It happened again the day before we left so at check out once again did not have where to place the trash bags. That was pretty frustrating. Second complaint, for a newer house they had tons of centipedes all over. We’d find them in every room! Overall give it a 4 star.

There was a lot of construction on both sides. Was not a fan of having to pay full price given that situation, but they remedied things where they could. Much more built up around there then pictures from a few years ago. Their office was right down the road and the folks including the service tech were prompt, courteous and helpful.
