The view is spectacular! The gym/pool is one floor up with a view in all directions. We found a sweet restaurant called Bariachi, less than two blocks away, with live music and extremely friendly and helpful staff. The area is beautiful especially with the blue jacaranda trees all in bloom. We had a wonderful time, thank you! 🙏🏼♥️♥️

I stayed here eight months. The apartment is very nice, just like the photos. The views from the balcony, terrace, pool, and gym are AMAZING!! The security folks are very friendly. If you're respectful and follow the rules, which they have you read when you check in, you'll have no problems with them. The area is very walkable. An Oxxo is 2 blocks away and a carniceria is literally across the street. A lot of really good restaurants are 5-7 minutes walk away. A few things to know: 1) When it rains hard and there are high winds, the entire block loses power. That said, the building has a generator and the elevators continue to work. There is also power and WiFi on both the Lobby and Mezzanine levels, so I was able to go there and work and charge my phone, etc. 2) The gym is directly above the apartment. Other guests using the gym will drop weights on the floor (your ceiling) and it gets annoying. 3) There is new WiFi and it's perfect. I work remotely & video calls were perfect.
