only allow 4 person maximum at this unit Have extra 1 extra room(curtain close) 这里是高级公寓，非常安全。这是Duplex Loft Unit. 是个双层公寓。非常具有特色，非常适合恋爱情侣，小家庭. 每2层楼只有这个类型的公寓，是非常稀有！楼下是具有特色的客厅，厨房，以及咖啡台，楼上却是舒适的睡房。而且特色公寓都经过改造以及装修，在灯光方面也有具有特色，你在这里一定会有很好的居住体验。 (洗衣机暂时不能使用）washing machine tempory can't use 这里是高级公寓，非常安全。很特别的是这是一家 Duplex Unit 双层, 每2层楼只有这个类型的公寓，是非常稀有！楼下是具有特色的客厅，厨房，以及咖啡台，楼上却是舒适的睡房。而且特色公寓都经过改造以及装修，在灯光方面也有具有特色，你在这里一定会有很好的居住体验。（洗衣机目前只是提供小型便利式）

Easy access and connecting to express highway Butterworth-Kulim Highway, Penang Bridge and Penang-Alor Setar Highway
1) Check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is by 11am.
2) Once the booking is confirmed, I will contact you as soon as possible
(Check in guidelines will be sent to you on your check in date)
3) NON-Smoking ,Durians, mangosteen and any foods with strong stench are NOT permitted in our house.
4) The safety of personal belongings is your own responsibility. Please inspect the house before check-out. We will not be held responsible for missing items.
5) Keep the house clean all the times & Save the nature by turning off all power supply when leave the house.
6) Before Check-in will collect security deposite RM150 as refundable . Which is refundable at the time of checkout.
7) Lost of keys or card, RM 100 will be charge as penalty fee.
NO FOR QUARANTINE PURPOSE.
Please take note that penalties will be charged accordingly if you violate any of the rules above, or if there's loss, damage or excessively dirty which requires extra cleaning effort in the property.
