The photos don’t do the view justice. The ocean view was beautiful and we could watch the surfers from the patio. The beach was very close. Deborah had just finished refreshing the paint in the living room. My teenage son was the first to sleep on the brand new futon and said it was very comfortable. We tried to sleep with the windows open for the ocean breeze, but Waikiki is noisy, especially during spring break. It was quiet enough with the windows closed and the A/C kept us cool. There are two twin beds in the bedroom, but my husband and I pushed them together and it was just like a king bed. The mattresses were more comfortable than we expected. Deborah was a great host and very friendly. She manages multiple properties so we will definitely consider renting from her on our return trip.

Excellent host, location location location!!! wonderful spot for sunrise and sunsets from the patio, close to the beach lots of restaurants, bars and shopping.
