Allyson’s place is beautiful. Our family spent Thanksgiving here and had a wonderful time. Supremely clean and comfortable and well equipped. It’s secluded but also not far from anything in Capitola or Santa Cruz. We loved the open kitchen and living room for family fun. Allyson was very responsive to any questions.

We held our 9-person wedding here and we all stayed in the house for 5 days. The house and redwood grove were stunning and charming. The location was very peaceful, private, and had lovely views of the wooded valley. Our two dogs loved exploring the large fenced-in yard. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and spices! Allyson was extremely helpful throughout the process of planning our stay. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond! She was also available when we arrived and helped us get acquainted with the property. We loved special touches like fresh flowers in the house and fresh herbs, apples, and roses from the garden. We hope to come back soon to remember our time here!
