2 bdrm 2nd floor Apt, 1.5 bathrooms, near beach, Hi-Speed WiFi, a/c safe neighborhood. Furnished, spacious, private security gate, private terrace with sitting table w/ocean view, dining table w/six chairs, spacious functional kitchen, pantry, cabinets, cooking and eating utensils, refrigerator, gas stove and oven. Comfy living room Smart TV & cable; master bdrm w private 1/2 bath, king bed w/ocean view. 2nd bdrm w matrimonial & single beds; Swimming Pool, gym, outdoor kitchen in backyard Apt #6 is our deluxe two bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. It has its own private balcony with its own security gate, and a beautiful ocean view. The living room and Master Bedroom also have an ocean view. The Master Bedroom has its own half bathroom, and a walk in closet. Air conditioning in every room. Hi-Speed WiFi 50+ MPS The second bedroom has two beds, a matrimonial bed and an individual, and a view of the pool in the backyard The kitchen and living room are really spacious, with no walls -- one great room, with modern and comfortable furniture. This great room is cooled by a large, two-ton mini-split air conditioner. Our apartment building, "Posada Espiritu Del Mar," has six total apartments available for rent, an ideal setup for larger groups who might wish to lodge together, or who might need more than one apartment and multiple beds. We have a large shared backyard, which includes a heated swimming pool, lots of shade in the summer, gym equipment in an outdoor gym, a commercial kitchen (with its own dining area), and a gas barbecue. We also have a large deck on the third floor, with a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortez (where guests can hang their laundry out to dry). We welcome our guests to come up to the 3rd Floor Terrace and enjoy the sea view; or hang out by the pool, to bask in the sun. Ocassionally, the co-host (Steve) plays classical guitar, for the entertainment and relaxation of our guests. Steve also likes to serve complimentary espresso and pastries in the morning to our guests. Our apartments are not only family friendly, we are also pet friendly. So bring your whole family! Come enjoy the Sea of Cortez, the heated swimming pool, the backyard barbecue, listen to live classical guitar music, relax and get a whole new perspective on life!

Great place to stay with fantastic hosts who genuinely care about your stay. Can't recommend this place enough to appreciate what Loreto and the surrounding area offers.
The apartment is large, clean and in a quiet location. The highlight was an excursion with Adriana and Steven on their boat. We were able to observe blue whales, a colony of sea lions and two schools of dolphins and then enjoyed a picnic on the island beach. Highly recommended.
I love Dave and Adrianna. They offer an experience! They had a pot luck on the Sunday. They had a fire in the back yard and they played guitar. It was wonderful to socialize with the other guest. They even have a boat and took us out to an island tour with sea lions and whale watching along the way. And even if there wasn’t more…. Dave was good enough to pick us up AND drive us to the airport when we had to leave. One thing I will take away from Dave is this “ it is what it is and it ain’t what it ain’t. “. He is a beauty and a beautiful guitar player. Adrianna was warm and welcoming as well. We have and 3 and 5 year old and they were always welcomed with warmth from Dave, Adrianna, and the other guest. I loved the pool! And it was heated! The units with fitted with everything we needed and slept me and my family just great. I gave Dave a hug when he dropped us off at the airport. And next time I see him I will be sure to hug him again. :-)
Exceptional Hosts and a Memorable Stay! Our recent stay at this Airbnb was made truly special thanks to the attentive and kind hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. We were particularly impressed with how they gracefully and kindly handled a situation where another guest expressed concerns about our dogs barking while we were at dinner. Their approach was understanding and empathetic, ensuring that all guests felt heard and respected. This level of care and attention to guests' needs is rare and much appreciated. Steven and Adrianna are the absolute best! The apartment was super clean, the beds super comfortable and the location safe! We felt right at home. When we return to Loreto, we plan on staying here again!! We highly recommend staying here! You will not regret it!

“Posada Espiritu Del Mar” is the name of our apartment building and it is located on Calle Juan Garayzar, between Madero and Davis Streets. We are about 100 yards to the beach. The houses in our neighborhood are all upscale beach houses, mostly owned by well-healed Mexicans and foreigners.
Walking to the beach becomes a daily activity, because it is so beautiful and so close. We also have several bicycles which are available to our guests for riding to the plaza, the Mission, or the Malecon, which are all less than a mile away.
For those who arrive by car, we have a secure parking lot which is locked at night to insure the safety of everyone’s property.

I was born in Guadalajara, and lived in the USA for a long time . I am married to an American (because he wanted to get his Mexican "Green Card"), and now we permanently reside in Loreto, BCS, Mexico, where we manage our own apartment building, "Posada Espiritu Del Mar." We like hosting people in our apartments, and we also like to travel. My husband says that we make the perfect couple because I enjoy cooking and he enjoys eating! We practice meditation regularly. Inner Peace is like a garden that requires regular care and attention, and the harvest is a boundless blessing! We like to travel, discover new places, and meet new friends. It is wonderful to see that wherever we go, we find people whose hearts are open to feeling peace and joy. My husband plays classical guitar and I enjoy listening.
