Utmärkt läge nära strand och bussförbindelser. Stora utrymmen i bad och toalett rum.Bra med hiss . Saknade balkong men fått uppgift att det inte fanns.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished, with everything necessary being provided, even plenty of clothes hangers.

Stayed with wife and 2 kids (6 and 4 years old) on December 2023. Calm building. Calm neighbors. Spacious bathroom and big sleeping rooms. Apartment big enough for a holiday stay with kids. Kitchen offers all you need (including microwave and oven). Living room with big flat TV and access to HBO, Disney+, Netflix... with their own account (so, enjoy it even if you do not have an own account). Leaving the apartment, you reach the beach avenue in less than a minute (just cross the street). Area of PLAYA CHICA which is great if you are with kids. Plenty of restaurants in that area. If you are with the car, you can rent for 7,5 EUR daily in the parking LAS CANTERAS. And the access to the highway is 3 streets away. Priscilla's parents welcomed us and explained everything as she was working. Priscilla was available at any time and answered within minutes.

My partner and I stayed here for just over 3 weeks. The location is very good. It is basically right on the strip, but down a side street so you have the advantage of being extremely near the beach but without the noise and lack of privacy. The apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area and an indoor balcony space. The balcony space also offered a lot of noise protection from the street; when we were going to sleep it was very quiet. The apartment also had everything we needed for a long stay, cooking utensils, beach towels, oven microwave fridge freezer and hob etc. No air conditioning was not an issue, the fan was adequate. When we had minor issues the host was extremely responsive and was able to assist immediately. Construction was on across the street. It was noisy during the day if you had the windows open, but in the evening and at night it had stopped and was really not an issue. Had a 10/10 stay would definitely recommend to anyone.

The flat is on the perfect spot both for the beach and carneval. Maria was a great host. She reacted immediatelly when we need something and was really helpful. I would give 5 stars for sure, but I take one off because there is an active construction site in front of the house; apart from noise it doesn´t have it´s own electrocity so at 8 in the morning they start massive diesel generator that is literally 5 metres from your window and the flat is full of the smell of burnt diesel on a lot of days. I suggest you make sure the site is not active any more before booking.
