Jocelyn and Corinne and their son and daughter were fantastic to deal with. When we arrived at the airport their son and daughter met us with a smile and even helped us with our luggage, it was a pleasant surprise. The property is easy to get too and the view is amazing. The pool is heated and was perfect temperature. The home was clean and if there were any issues someone was always there to accommodate our needs. We fully recommend renting this home and we further recommend spending time outside in the early AM swimming and taking in the sights, it's purely amazing and a place we did not want to leave.

Fantastic find! What a view from sunrise to sunset it was breathtaking and our son LOVED how the pool lights changed colors at night. A quick drive to Gustavia yet peaceful and totally relaxing. If it’s available, BOOK IT!

The house and pool are beautiful. The photos on line are representative of the property. The host during our stay was very helpful. The check in process was easy. There is not a paid washer/dryer on the property as advertised but the host offered to take the clothes to a paid service for 40 euros. Excellent place, we would love to return.

Jocelyn was the most gracious host. He met us at the airport to show us how to get to the villa and even had drinks and food in the fridge for us. The villa is on a very pretty beach and the property is extremely private. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching and listening to the waves. It’s literally right on the ocean and while you see the water, no one can see you from the beach. And it’s a very quiet beach. You can walk to Hotel Manapany from the villa. Gustavia and St John are less than a 10 minute drive. The villa is very clean and everything seems pretty new. It’s comfortable and functional. Great value for a private villa on the sand. We would definitely go back.
