Our Central location in Yankton is close to Memorial park and The Huether Family Aquatics Center with shopping and restaurants within a couple blocks. Guests are welcome to use the main level kitchen and refrigerator/freezer. There is a dedicated guest laundry on the upper level of our home. Our home has an oak staircase with no gate, so it is not kid friendly. *Please Note: We ‘DO NOT’ offer any discounted rates on our home so please don’t ask. If you book this space you will have access to 3 guest rooms on the upper level and 1 guest room located in the lower area. There is also a sofa sleeper in a common area in the lower level. You have access to a full kitchen and dining area on the main level. *These private rooms are available to rent individually as well and not just as a whole space. You will still have access to the kitchen and main level at no extra charge. **Reminder** Hosts live in the house so you will still have some 'shared space'.
