Great house, great location! We spent 3 days here for our anniversary weekend. This house was perfect! It was only a few minutes away from the Gateway Trail (an amazing trail system for mountain bikers!) and a few minutes from downtown. Although the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, it was very private and secluded. We enjoyed the backyard which backed up to a forest like setting and was very peaceful. This was one of the best stocked Airbnb homes we've stayed in. The kitchen had more spices then I have at home and none of it expired! Plenty of spices, dishes, a wonderful bottle of wine, fresh wildflowers were all wonderful. The house is well decorated and super clean. We were able to bring our Golden doodle, Mandree, who loved the yard and the house also! It was a plus that the home did not have any signs or smells of dogs at all. The host, Sandra, was wonderful and accommodating with great communication. We will definitely stay here again!

This home was beyond my expectations. Every detail is thoughtful. It's beautifully designed, very well appointed with a great layout and a lovely, welcoming outdoor area. The location is perfect... end of a street of lovely homes, peaceful woods, yet walkable to the heart of downtown. I'm picky about cleanliness, and this place was spotless. It even smelled great, despite it being dog-friendly. The high-speed internet was plenty for Teams video meetings via VPN. It was tough to leave. I can't wait to return.

I loved loved loved staying here. I needed a quiet home with two bedroom and two bathrooms and this was perfect. The street is so quiet, the backyard is big and beautiful, with views of Mt. Shasta from the street (made for a great backdrop to my runs). Everything was clean, easy, just a joy to stay here. The beds too were very comfortable and the work-space out back is very cute. Sandra was also a great, responsive host. I hope to be back! A couple quick less-fun things to mention for your stay— 1. The pots and pans seem to be made with teflon. If that's something you're sensitive to and you have the option to bring your own I would recommend it. 2. The house did have a faint dog smell, and it is a pet-friendly rental. Even with that I give it 5/5 and would have happily extended my trip if I could have to stay in this cozy home a little longer.

Beautiful house, beautiful location! We loved staying here. It feels like the classic old Air bnbs that feel just like you are at home. None of the cheap, poor quality furiniture and decor that is so common these days. Our dog also loved it!!!

Exceeded our expectations! The home had everything we needed from kitchen tools to recreational spaces and activities. Comfortable bedrooms too. It was the ideal home base for us to explore the area.
