All of this, with a fenced in yard for Fido to safely hang out. Bedrooms The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, partial views of the Hudson River (end of fall- mid spring) and its own private deck. The second bedroom is located upstairs. It has a queen-sized bed and skylights that provide lots of natural sunlight and moonlight. Living areas & kitchen The house features an open-concept living area, and includes a modern gas fireplace — perfect for humans and pups to cozy up to for a lazy Sunday or on a snowy day. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, and has modern appliances, including a dishwasher. Olive oil, salt, pepper and coffee/tea is provided, as well as a few other condiments and spices. A washer and dryer are located in the basement, along with a half bathroom. The arcade machine with 80s video games is also located in the basement. So that you can fully enjoy the nature views, there are no window coverings in the main living/dining areas. Bathrooms The main bathroom has a heated floor, a soaking tub and a large separate shower with a skylight. The bathroom has two entrances - one directly from the master bedroom and the other entrance from the living area. A half bathroom with a modern utility sink is located in the basement. Backyard, patio & decks The large backyard has a fully enclosed 6 foot fence and plenty of space to play some games or hangout under a shady tree on the hammocks. There is also a fire pit and Solo stove to spend your evening around. Two separate decks and a large stone patio surround the house. A small creek runs below the stone patio. There is also a built-in brick charcoal barbecue and gas grill. Please note that charcoal is not provided.
