A beautiful house with stunning views! However the house wasn’t well prepared as an Air BnB- minimal instructions, towels weren’t out, kitchen missing some basic amenities and unfortunately spa wasn’t clean enough to use. Despite this we had a lovely stay and the house itself was super clean and comfortable 😊

Location is 15 minutes out of Nelson city. Property number very hard to pick up as hidden by tree branches. Did not pick up until our third day. Used the local goat as our marker point. Property appears to be the listers own home as a considerable amount of personal effects were still in the rooms along with the garage. Booked for two bedrooms but only one bed had been made up. Took sheets that were hanging in the garage to dry and made additional bed. Dirty dishes in drawer and dishwasher had not been unloaded. We purchased our own glasses and dishcloths. Cindy advised that the hot tub had been replaced with a Spa. We did not use the Spa as the water was discoloured, bugs were in the bottom and there was a build up around the jets. We also own a spa so knew what the conditions were not up to standard. Very disappointing. Main entrance door, had elastoplast in the inside of the lock therefore not lockable from inside the house.

We had a lovely time at Cindy's place. The kids loved the trampoline, playing in the garden and with al the games/toys. The house itself is amazing and sparkling clean.

Cindy has an amazing place. The house is super warm, super clean and just perfect in every other way. The view from the deck is absolutely amazing. You can’t get anything better in Nelson area and Cindy is the perfect host one can get on Airbnb
