The thoughtful inclusions of fresh bread , butter,jams and milk in the fridge to the chocolates, biscuits and wine and the toiletries and clothes washing powder made a wonderful welcome and start to my stay at Berrilee. The rooms were large and bed was very comfortable- had a great night’s sleep here and the sunrise was beautiful over the valley. The cottage is surrounded by abundant birdlife and was very peaceful and private. Marie and Steve are wonderful hosts and I would not hesitate to recommend this property. This will definitely be my first choice to stay on my next visit to this area of Sydney

Best place to stay if you want to be away from city hassle

Had a very peaceful and private stay for 2 nights, everything was arranged and available as mentioned, check in and check out was seamless. Beautiful scenery all around, very comfortable beds and a cozy place overall. Absolutely loved it, enjoyed it a lot! Marie had left us a few Easter eggs on the kitchen counter as well, overall a very nice place to stay at.

Next time I will come back with my own husband not just my sister and hers! Lovely everything -accommodation, views, walk in the bush, gentle horses who let us walk through their paddock.
