I had an absolutely fantastic time during my stay at the cottage! The space was incredibly spacious, and the abundant natural sunlight was truly delightful. I especially adored the numerous window that provided breathtaking views of the lake. The cottage had a wonderfully cozy atmosphere, making it feel warm and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was at night, making for a restful night’s sleep. The back porch was incredibly inviting, and I found myself completely relaxed while taking in the soothing sounds of the water and the picturesque views. When I arrived, Ravi wished me a restorative & restful week, which is precisely what I had. I would happily return. The house was spacious and clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. There were a lot of seating choices on both the front and back decks, and the yard was large enough for my dog to play fetch. There was a welcome bottle of wine, a good book selection, and fresh pears for the picking just a few feet out the front door. Strong wifi too. And, of course, Lake Huron! Ravi & Manisha were friendly, attentive hosts. Ravi quickly responded to questions I had when I arrived. I enjoyed exploring Lexington and Port Sinilac. A couple notes for those who have mobility issues or are traveling with dogs: 1) the yard is not fenced in (but has a lot of privacy), and 2) a couple of the concrete steps down to the water are loose, and the walk is a bit steep. But, for those who don’t want to do the stairs, there are great views of the lake from the back deck and yard itself, and an accessible beach just a few minutes away in downtown Lexington.

Just a mile south of downtown Lexington this cottage is in a perfect place for your next trip to Lexington. Communication and accuracy in the ad description were above wonderful. We didn't want for anything during our stay. Clean, comfy and quant. Part of our trip we had 6 people and the last half we had 3, and we always felt like there was enough room for all! Coffee in the morning or wine in the evenings while watching and listening to the lake was simply heaven. There's a gas grill and a well stocked kitchen if you want to eat at the cottage. We'd definitely rent again! Great owners, great neighbors, great cottage...don't miss out!
