The house was just as described in the pictures - great Ocean view, clean and modern and the pool/ping pong table was fantastic for the kids. Big dog friendly yard was perfect for our pooch. Love to come back!

We loved the property and location, and would definitely like to return. There were just a few things that need fixing before we do! The pool table lock feature needs fixing as it keeps flipping when you try to play and there was no extension cord so we were not able to play air hockey. The table was one of the main reasons we took the property so this was a bit disappointing. The back door lock is not easy to use and needs fixing. Light in the main bathroom is flickering. One of the garage remotes is not working. In addition to this there are a few kitchen / household items that would improve anyone’s stay: coffee plunger, small saucepan, medium size bowl (the pots and bowls available were huge) pegs (we had to buy these), and garbage bags.

Overall, the accommodation somewhat matched the photos posted. Upon arrival the floor was evidently dirty and the interior cupboards below the kitchen bench required attention as there was some Mould. The bedrooms appeared as advertised, however, several cobwebs and insects were found along the windows, wardrobes and ceiling detracting from the overall experience of the rooms. The accommodation needed to be cleaner and better maintained. Furthermore, loose nails were found below the pool table which raised a major hazard especially for families and pets. Concluding this review, we expected much better service and maintenance of the place given the cost.

A great big place, with plenty of room and good amenities. Especially enjoyed the pool table. Really nice views from balcony and loved the back yard for the dog. Walking distance to beach and cafes. Only note is that it could of been cleaner. Otherwise great stay!
