Our second stay at Ben’s Edgewater condo was exceptional. Of note—there were a couple of instances which occurred during our stay regarding seasonal maintenance that were beyond Ben’s control which he addressed personally and immediately—to make our stay continually enjoyable. We will be back again and appreciated the friendly and extremely quick communication. P.S. The Off the Hook Restaurant also never disappoints! 😊

Ben’s condo was an absolute gem, and we had such a wonderful time in Bethany over holiday break between Christmas and New Years with our children. The condo was spotless clean upon arrival, beautifully decorated and updated, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. The icing on the cake was the large oceanfront balcony with amazing views, where you could hear the sound of the waves crashing from afar. Ben was super responsive and kind, a pleasure to have as a host! We will definitely be coming back to stay here again in the near future! Thanks for everything Ben!

Our time spent at Ben’s Colony townhouse was exceptionally outstanding. From Ben’s hands-on responsive instructions assisting us navigating through some off-hour check-in ankle biters to maintaining a spotless property, we were immediately impressed upon opening the door on our arrival. The condo was spotless and very well maintained. We are looking forward to building more memories at the Sea Colony condos.

We loved being back in Bethany and at Sea Colony. Tropical storm was coming thru during our stay but our host gave us a heads up about parking and other helpful tips. Enjoyed all the pools and the beach was beautiful as always! Condo was updated with comfy accommodations. Spacious kitchen and great to have washer/dryer. Favorite room — the porch! Great location so we could ride bikes into town and for dinner every night of vacation! The host was responsive to all questions and directions to the property, Check in/out process very clear. Wonderful to have cozy blankets! Thanks for hosting our family!
