Nous étions 2 étudiants venus pour un semestre à l'UdeM. L'appartement était idéal pour une colocation et parfait pour aller à l'université car pas très loin du métro. L'appartement correspond parfaitement à sa description. Jan est vraiment un bon propriétaire disponible et accueillant. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour.

Second time staying at Jan's place and I loved every second of it! This time, I got to stay longer and spent 3 months over the summer here. It feels like home. It's cozy, peaceful, and has everything you could need for a long-term stay. I found myself loving the balcony and the quiet of the neighborhood. It has wonderful links to the downtown core so you never feel too far away, plus a ton of great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait for my next stay here!

Jan's place was the retreat I needed from the downtown core of Montreal. I had never spent time in the area where his flat is located and it's become a new favorite for me. Wow, that's all I need to say. The place has this cozyness vibe and is extremely quiet. It was wonderful to have the windows open and listen to the birds and the world go by outside. There's a balcony on the back with a table and an umbrella, which comes in handy for working outside on my laptop. Did I mention the Wifi is strong and connects with each to that balcony?! Most long-term Airbnbs always seem to be lacking one thing or another, like a cheese grater or a bowl to mix things in. At Jan's place, everything was there to make it easy for you to have a great time for a longer stay. Thanks again for letting me stay! I'll definitely be coming back!

I really like the balcony of the house. The location is very convenient, only about one or two hundred meters from the bus station. The subway station is about eight or nine minutes walk, but you can also take the bus directly in front of the house and then go to the subway station. There are several supermarkets around the house, so it is convenient to buy things. The landlords were very hospitable and very attentive. Thanks very much for their kindness.
