The check in is via application, which is something that can be a trouble for older people. At the moment of the reservation, I received instructions about how to check in, however, I mentioned that my mom is older and for her it would be very difficult and asked if it was possible to offer normal keys. They said yes but when she arrived, they asked her to upload the app because something happened and they didn’t bring the right keys. We needed to wait more than half an hour for the guy to bring us the correct keys. Also, the apartment looks like the pictures and the price was okay, however, it smelled cigarette everywhere (kind of strong smell). Besides that, it is big and the kitchen is nice.

The flat is located in a residential house very close to the train / bus station. But not much else to do around there. The flat is minimally equipped and feels very impersonal. Bathroom is very tiny For inastance, the Nespresso coffee machine is nice, but since you cannot buy Nespresso capsules in the supermarkets, it is useless. There should be compliments of the house providing 2 capsules per day!

First I would like to Thanks to home match Team, their support was amazing during my stay, Miguel, Andreia were so helpful to get the access until my checkout, apartment was perfectly fine stay, Lovely neighborhood, centrally located with all facilities, highly recommended!!!
