The Treehouse: Cozy one-bedroom upstairs garage apartment. It has a private entrance and parking. Queen-size bed in a private bedroom. Separate bath, kitchen, and living room. Window unit a/c and ceiling fans. Internet, Wifi, ROKU TV and local channels, Charcoal grill and covered porch. Small, full kitchen with two mini fridges, full size range/oven, microwave and toaster oven. A quiet and cozy one bedroom apartment with convenient parking

Two mini refrigerators made it difficult to keep food cold. The interior could use some updates.

It was exactly what I needed for my visit.
Very well kept and clean, provided necessities, would definitely recommend!
The place get's pretty hot in the summer. The AC unit is in the bedroom, so if you close the door it stays quite comfortable at night. There's a laundrymat next to HEB where you can drop/pick up laundry for not much at all. I noticed a few others nearby too. The beach is a short drive.

It is a quiet neighborhood located in the heart of town. Our home is a short distance from delicious restaurants, shopping and grocery store.
You can walk or drive. The grocery store is a convenient walk if desired.
