Spacious, bright room with a private entrance situated on a small quiet unmade road surrounded by woodlands. Newly fitted private bathroom with a power shower. The room has access to the garden and a private seating area with a fire pit (spring and summer use only for the fire pit).

We used Katie place to break up the journey and it was just perfect. We were able to have a leisurely evening with a late start the next day. The little fridge and the milk was spot on! Also it was very nice to have decent large size towels. We would do this again if we needed somewhere in this location. Many thanks

Peaceful and relaxing stay for a short trip in the Surrey Hills. Easy check in and great amenities. Would stay again.

Quiet area close to an excellent local pub called the Bat and Ball and country walks, The nearby Bourne Woods and Frensham Ponds are used regularly as film sets, such as Snow White, Gladiator, The Witcher and many more. Farnham town centre is just 2 miles away with plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs and some lovely independent shops. Easy access to the A331, A31 and A3.
We have parking for one vehicle at the top of the drive on a gravel area. We are located on a very quiet unmade lane so it can be very dark at night and a little muddy in the winter if you are going for a walk.
