The location is perfect if you want to go to trolltunga early morning. The house is big and fully equipped. We had a very nice time there !

Great location if you have a car. Spadeful and you have everything you need during the stay. Highly recommend.

Sólo hemos pasado una noche, y no entiendo los comentarios buenos del alojamiento (por decir algo). La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, el mobiliario antiguo y en mal estado, los utensilios están muy sucios. Sabíamos que el baño estaba en el sótano, pero no en una cueva llena de humedad. Y para colmo, está llena de andamios y los obreros se ponen a trabajar a las 7:00, y no tienes cortinas en el salón. No es habitable.

This is a great location for the Trolltunga hike and overall we had a comfortable stay, but we had a lot of issues with the check in process. I didn’t receive any information about check in, despite contacting Jan a couple of times. The listing says check in is at 3 so we arrived at 3.30 pm and were lucky to arrive while the cleaner was still there, so he let us in, but that’s because when Jan finally did get in touch and send the info check in is actually at 4 pm (not as advertised). We also were not provided with any towels, but found some clean ones drying downstairs, and both washing machines were still running with the previous peoples’ sheets and towels (so we put them into the dryer so they wouldn’t smell). Probably still worth staying if you are doing the hike though - the kitchen and amenities were decent and it’s close to the start of the walk.
