We loved our stay ! Ryan and Nicki are awesome hosts. Super friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The location is great. They have everything you need at the house. The little details are what make a great stay, and this place has it. We would love to rent this house again for our next adventure in the Daytona area.

Hosts were fantastic. This house comes very well stocked for things you might have even forgotten at home or didn’t know you needed. Great location. Beautiful home. Would stay here again 100%. This house made our trip for Jeep Beach incredibly stress free and a whole lot easier for all of our logistical hurdles.

Ryan's properties offer a great experience. This is our second stay with another positive feedback. The house is spacious and fully furnished, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Fresh and clean towels, laundry, and a well-equipped kitchen were available for our convenience. The front porch and patio dining deck were highlights, providing an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. The vintage home has a cozy feel with ample space for two people. The owners are responsive and accommodating, ensuring a hassle-free stay. With all these amenities and comforts, it's no surprise that we plan to return to New Smyrna and stay again.

We highly recommend staying at Ryan's home! It had everything that we needed, was extremely clean, and the backyard and canal were beautiful. Communication was easy and they were very helpful and responsive. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and relaxing. If we come back to the area I would love to stay there again. Thank you!

From the moment I requested to book I felt like this was going to be the best rental. Ryan and I chatted for a moment and that was it. My magical long weekend was happening! The house was as promised and more. Our wowed reactions as we walked through the front door into the living room just continued as we explored the house. The cleanliness of the whole house was impeccable. There was no clutter and lots of room to move around. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities were as promised and then some. Bath bombs for the enormous bath tub in the master to every health and beauty product you might have forgotten to pack supplied in all bedroom bathrooms. The kitchen had every spice, coffee, filters and more needed. Updated pots, pans and cooking equipment. The backyard is breathtaking. Gorgeous deck leading to the yard. It was so quiet and relaxing. I wish we had more time. Ryan and Nicki you have set the bar very high! Thank you! Xo
