Tom’s place is great! Our favorite area of the house was the Florida room and the back yard. Tom was very communicative- responding to my messages within moments! 100% recommend and we will be back!

Thomas was a great host - very proactive and responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed. The layout was perfect for our group. The sun porch was lovely. We enjoyed spending time there. We didn't use the waffle bar as we had other breakfast plans, but it was a very nice touch. It was a bit hard to get out of the driveway during high traffic times especially with a number of cars in the driveway which made it hard to turn around and go out forward. Would have been fine with two cars but we had three and occasionally 4 as we used a babysitter for the kids while we were there. Overall highly recommend for a Charlotte stay.

Thomas was an amazing host and his home was lovely! He was so easy to communicate with and very helpful whenever needed. He truly goes above and beyond as a host. Will definitely stay again sometime!
