Great studio in a nice new neighborhood. It had everything for a comfortable living. Wifi was good. A bit further away from the city but that was perfect for me.

We stayed at these apartments for almost two months, and it was pretty solid experience for remote work lifestyle. Apartments themselves were clean and well-equipped with everything you might need (except maybe vacuum cleaner). Furniture is new, stylish, and convenient. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. Area is modern, walkable (which is rare for Saigon), and full of convenience stores/small restaurants, where stuff speaks decent English, so it's quite easy to communicate. Just in 10 minutes you could get to more traditional local area with shops and markets, where you can find locally produced cheap and delicious products. So, it's a great mix of modern living standards and local authenticity to explore! There are also some drawbacks. Regular fake fire alarms were noisy and disturbed our sleep quite a few times, and taxi to city center are a bit pricey (200-350k) and long (40-60min). Great if you are early bird, plan to stay long, and don't need to go to center often
