I booked this apartment for my dad. I reserved and paid for this place in October of 2022. My dad’s stay was supposed to be from February 2, to March 2, of 2023. Kevin, double booked this place and 2 days before my dad’s arrival, he informed me that he have someone in the apartment.And that person is not going to leave the apartment for another week. For anyone who may want to stay at Kevin’s place, please think twice before you do so. Kevin is totally one of the most dishonest people I’ve ever come in contact with. He will promise you that is everything going to be fine and he will take care of you, like you are a part of this family. Everything that comes out of his mouth is total BS. I read the reviews before I book the apartment. The reviews were okay, but my main reason for booking this place was the location. After this whole debacle took place, I was on other booking sites and the reviews for Kevin, on the other sites are horrible. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of Kevin!!!

10/10 Prime Location 10-15min walk from Amazonia mall and Princess Hotel Cabs are always near by if The recommend driver isn't available Gated community so felt safe at all times no issues or problems what so ever I will definitely be going back and staying at this location with out a doubt for my return to Guyana

Excelente casa, desde el punto de vista constructivo. El dueño garantiza sábanas limpias, jabones, y papel sanitario, y en sentido general todo lo necesario para limpieza. Fue muy amable todo el tiempo y respondió los mensajes con rapidez. Sin embargo, la experiencia no fue grata, porque se iba el agua, a causa de reparaciones de Acueducto, segun nos dijo, desde las 7am y a veces hasta las 12 de la noche y más tarde. Tres días tuvimos que llenar un pomo de agua en una llavecita afuera, el agua muy oscura por cierto, y bañarnos echándonos agua con un vaso, porque no habían condiciones preparadas para esa eventualidad. Sé que no es su responsabilidad el asunto de Acueducto, pero sí es su responsabilidad garantizar condiciones para los huéspedes para afrontar esa situación tan incómoda: tanques de depósito de agua, cubos en los baños, tanque de emergencia sólo para huéspedes. Fue muy desagradable tener que inventarnos recursos para poder sobrevivir esos días. Se necesitan más recursos en la cocina: ollas, bandejas para hornear, cuchillos, utensilios, vasos, jarras, sartenes, ollas electricas, etc, que faciliten la vida a huéspedes de larga o mediana duración en su estancia. Era muy molesto tener que lavar las mismas ollas todo el tiempo para poder cocinar dos comidas seguidas. Por otro lado, afrontamos muchos problemas con la internet. Solo podíamos conectarnos dos dispositivos a la vez. A veces, en las noches, apenas podíamos conectar un teléfono, o la laptop, o el televisor, pero nunca todos juntos. Y varias veces se perdía la señal. Espero tome a bien mis recomendaciones para próximos huéspedes.

The place is really nice and safe, I felt like I was at home, I have no doubt on rent it again
