The interiors of Villa Pacifica were designed for entertaining and exude an inviting warmth with its hand-painted tiles, handcrafted accents, and flowing arches. Indoors, adjacent to the living and dining areas is a Mexican-tiled kitchen complimented by warm woods. The open floor plan includes a beautifully decorated kitchen with a breakfast bar next to the dining area and great room. The kitchen is equipped with premium stainless steel appliances. The back of the great room is a wall of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open out onto the patio and provide spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. The main house also includes four private bedroom suites and there are two bedrooms in the guest house. Outdoors, you’ll find well-manicured lawns, palm trees swaying in the sea breeze, colorful and exotic flowers with an open-air terrace, wet bar, barbecue, and infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Villa Pacific Palmilla includes a relaxing stone courtyard and tiered water fountain. This luxury villa is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community and includes access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis clubs. Additional fees apply. This house is exceptionally special and the host is a professional concierge who has a kind heart and desire to serve. It honestly would be harder to expect any more from AirBnB experience. The home itself is a unique mix of amazing backyard with direct access to a beautiful beach. The house is warm, charming, with plenty of space and 6 total bedrooms (2 not attached). Note that many of the beaches in Cabo are not swimmable due to riptides or rocks, this one is. You have a garage facing at the beach level with a kayak you can take out, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The beach was empty except for a handful of people- you basically have your own private beach is what it feels like. The pool is heated and the ocean water is not too cold- so the water is always perfect in both cases. The house is not a massive continuous space as it's spread across multiple levels (it's not small by any mains but the communal area isn't very large if you exclude the massive outdoor patio) there are 4 bedrooms in the main house and 3 beds across 2 rooms in the casita which has its own kitchen. The 2nd bedroom in the casita is more of a maid's quarters so I'd avoid using it unless you really needed the separate 6 bedroom. There's a pool room on the pool level that is like a 2nd master bedroom with a lot of privacy. So this means you could have multiple families stay at the house- each with their own areas. The backyard is beyond special- the location is safe and in a guard gated community attached to the One and Only hotel in Palmilla. It's also close to the more upscale part of Cabo in San Jose del Cabo where there are great restaurants. We watched the sun rise in front of us each day (December) with perfect 75 degree weather and listening to ocean breezes through the dozen or so palm trees. The host helped us get a chef, butler, and arrange our entire trip including having a rental car waiting for us, doing all the airport transfers, pre-stocking the house, handling restaurant and golf tee time reservations and helping with all the last minute requests. You basically get a professional attentive concierge included with your booking. I love to try new experiences and there are few AirBnBs I'd repeat- this is one of them as it was the best home rental experience I have ever had. We learned from speaking with people in the community the homes to the immediate left and right of us rented for a multiple of what this home is listed for. It's a fantastic value overall. Highly recommended.
