Lovely house, perfect for dog, great place to walk up Nob Hill, love the uncluttered space, everything worked well.

Charles was a very friendly and helpful host. We had an issue with the TV modem and he went out of his way to take care of it quickly. The house is in a neighborhood with lots of students living in homes but we never heard any disturbances in the 2 weeks we were there. The block seemed quiet and respectful of neighbors. There is a train that runs somewhere behind the house that we couldn't even see, at various times, but for us it was never an issue. We use sound machines at night and during the day it didn't bother us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Bluebird.

Clean, well appointed, updated property conveniently located south of UVA campus. Great place to stay when exploring Charlottesville and the surrounding area.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is lovely and comfortable, the neighborhood quiet and super convenient, and the extras provided by the host were so thoughtful. We plan to stay here again!
