Location is quiet and the place is as described. The hosts replied promptly and it was easy to check-in. The neighborhood seems nice and my partner went jogging and felt safe. It was easy to get in and out of the city from this location via car. It was a good value for the weekend before the eclipse. However, there is room for improvement. I would rate higher but the mattress was not particularly comfortable for two adults IMHO (both adults had this opinion). I would recommend they get a new mattress that is firmer and doesn't sink if there are 2 adults on it. There was also was a substantial amount of dust under the bed that needs to be addressed. The heater/dryer fan in the bathroom broke while we where there-- it was making really loud noises, I think some maintenance is needed. We come to San Antonio at least once a year. If not for the bed, I would stay again.

Cozy small house. It has access doors to the main house from inside but that was not a problem at all. Water pressure was great. Very clean.
