My unit was actually changed to unit 3 basement which is also on her listing. Good thing it has a private garage parking perfect fit for my motorcycle. The house facade is facing an inclined road though. Gian is responsive and helpful. Also her husband is accommodating and helpful. Beddings are clean also there is a mini kitchen with exhaust. very helpful. This place is accessible if your planning to use Montalban to SJDM road. Igay road very near.

It’s my second time at Ms. Gian’s place. Affordability, security and privacy of the unit are just some of the things on why I will come back again to this place.

I like that the place is clean and same as the photos given. They provided towels, blankets and have complete utensils that you can use. It's cold even if there's no aircon. You can also go outside and go on a foodtrip as there are lots of food stalls to choose from. Security wise they have cctv and locked gate so you'll know you are safe. Overall, it was a good place to stay. One thing to note is that their wifi is a bit slow. You can do basic fb, youtube,etc but if you're going to remote work here, just bring your own portable wifi.

Ms. Gian is a very reponsive host. I love the place, very affordable but definitely worth your money.
