Our flat is located in the prime location of balewadi, very close to high street & Siemens office, majority of MNC software companies are close to this place, many food joints & eateries are very close to this place, grocery shops, dairy milk shops,Hospitals,ATMs & Banks are in very close vicinity,ola & uber services are within 5 mins far away, local transport & auto rickshaws are frequently available, wakad bridge & the IT Hub hinjewadi is just at 15 mins distance, Shivajinagar is also 15 mins. Our place is very neat & clean, very spacious & a newly constructed building, all the amenities inside the flat, we are providing for our guests, outside amenities like elevator, gym, 24 hrs water & electricity, 24 Hrs security, Private closed car parking etc, maid come daily for cleaning & dusting ,we are providing free wifi facility to our guests, Guests can avail scooter & car facility also on additional charges. Our Prime objective is to give the best services & satisfaction to our guest.

It was a wonderful stay in Pune. I personally appreciate Mr. Santosh for his kind behavior and the fantastic service which he provided me during my stay. The property was awesome 👌 with all amenities at as very peaceful location.
Only good part- Check-in and check-out was smooth. Kitchen utensils are not at all proper. We had to cook food for my 80 year old mother, provided cooker couldn’t even bear the pressure. Only single spoon available in the kitchen. Bathrooms were very congested. Cleaner visited but refused to clean the bathroom. Out of two bedroom only one AC was there. Not even a hand wash provided in the bathroom. There was a sag in the Mattresses. Not at all worth we have been charged for.

Mr. Santosh was an amazing host. Right from locating the Airbnb to flexible check-in and check-out was a smooth process. During our stay, Mr. Santosh was very prompt to respond to our queries. The AirBnb property was very clean and well maintained with a good and safe parking spot.

Ola-uber services are very quick at this place, all the popular food app, home delivary are very fast.
Free closed 2 wheelar & 4 wheelar parking are available at the ground floor, local transport bus stand is at 5 mins distance, ola & uber cabs services are also very fast.
