La casa coincidía con las fotos todo lo que había era correcto. Le pongo mala calificación porque había una plaga de cucarachas sobre todo en la cocina y fue muy desagradable intentar cocinar o hacer uso de las instalaciones, las camas no eran nada cómodas y la verdad no pudimos descansar lo cual era nuestro objetivo.

Excelente alojamiento, casa muy fresca para el clima caluroso de la región, habitacion con aire acondicionado y ubicación central en el municipio con muchos supermercados a la mano, muy linda casa super recomendada.

WARNING. On the day of arrival the host messaged us to inform that we need to bring our own towels, even though in the listing it says that towels are provided as an essential item along with bed linen and toilet paper. I asked the host to please explain why she is not supplying towels according to the terms and conditions to which she did not reply until i had canceled the booking, then she replied that it was because of covid. I explained this was misleading and should have been indicated because the listing says that towels are provided, otherwise i would not have booked if i knew we all would have to buy towels. I asked what is the difference between not supplying towels but supplying bed linen to which she did not respond. The worst part of the terrible experience is that after i cancelled her attitude was, that she had already booked other guests and it is no loss to her that we cancelled. This speaks very much of her character. At the moment we are in touch with Airbnb because i am unfairly penalized the cancellation fee because the host did not comply with the listing terms. I am hoping to receive a full refund.
