We had an amazing stay at this beautiful farm property! Pippa was incredibly friendly and welcoming, she gave us a tour of the property soon as we arrived. She also introduced us to the other guests staying at the carriage house who had a daughter the same age as ours. The kids hit it off immediately and loved being able to run around the farm together and the adults enjoyed some wine on the porch while listening to all of the animals. We loved being able to interact with all the of the animals. My kids loved being able to feed the adorable baby cows, donkeys, and horses. The scenery was breathtaking, and it was a truly unique experience. We can't wait to visit again!

Pippa’s Black Haus was incredible for our Mother’s Day getaway. THIS PLACE IS MAGICAL. The minute you arrive, you feel at peace. The nearby (3min walk) to the farm - feed the calves, pet the donkeys, horses, cats and dogs - to the incredible mini museum that tells you more about the historical history of the property, to the amazing attention to detail Pippa & Ron have put into this home - you will be amazed. There’s another property called the Carriage that you can rent, that Pippa architected herself, that also has event space for weddings and full of romantic vibes. There is a little tiny toy house for kids to play in. I brought my 2 yr old daughter, husband/& in-laws. We had so much space and loved every minute. We did pottery class with Pippa! The other guests staying at the carriage house were incredibly kind and future friends. We did have a chance to go into Highlands downtown, 20mins away - super close! We will be back! Make this a memorable weekend for you! Thank you Pippa!

Pippa and Ron welcomed us to Blackberry Haus with unparalleled warmth and hospitality, creating a truly magical experience.
