The beds were firmer than what we are used to. But the location and view were both amazing! There are 4 levels to the home. We put 3 teenage boys in the 2 bedrooms in the basement and never heard a peep from them. The pool table was so much fun! The place was very cozy! We will definitely rent this again!

Awesome place, a very spacefull and cozy cabin, it has all the things you need to stay and relax in front of the fire with marshmaellows and the perfect location to go to Ski Apache or Winter Park. Shelley is a great host, always answering super fast and kind. I will definitely consider her place for my next trip to Ruidoso.

Loved the place, the view was breathtaking, stayed for Christmas and the place was beautifully decorated. Host was responsive and friendly.

The condo was geat and cozy, it accommodate my family nicely, had a great view of the mountains, and got to see elk roaming around during our store runs. The bedrooms are nice and spacious. Shelly is very friendly and responsive. When we plan another big family trip, we will definitely look for this condo again.
