Had a great time at our Sonder. It was easy to find and in a wonderful location. The room was larger than expected and comfortably slept three of us.

This Sonder was located in a convenient location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby or within a short walking distance. Many theaters are nearby as well. Check in is fairly simple as it all done through an app. The area is a bit noisy (not a huge bother to me), but they supply ear plugs, if needed. The room appeared clean however it was very dusty. The bathroom shower was very small. The bed sheets felt like plastic. We also had electrical problems during our stay. The very bright and white fluorescent over head lights did not turn off, making it almost impossible to get any sleep. While this may be a unique/uncommon situation, the communication we received regarding the issue was unsatisfactory. This was an uncomfortable place to stay in for those reasons.

We had comfortable stay at the Sonder without major problems. It was clean enough to stay comfortably. As a family, we always take off shoes at home, we noticed that floor was not clean for barefoot ready. So our feet or socks got darkened as we walks in the room. Coffee maker was not working properly and even thought they were responding thru Sonder app pretty responsively, the replacement coffee maker lacked the part that needed to be used. So we had to go to the lobby to make the coffee. But the coffee itself, the pod branded as Sonder, tasted so bad that we just couldn’t drink it. So we ended up running to the cafe to get a decent coffee. I wish they would install better coffee maker or replace with quality disposable coffee drip. Neighborhood was good that within a block of few, we find many restaurants. We also liked that paid Parking lots were right in front of the building.
