The result is a stunning remodel with modern open floor plan. The Cottage won the 2016 Home Heritage Program Award from the Cleveland Restoration Society and AIA Cleveland. You'll be able to walk to some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and galleries or take a 10 min. bike ride to the beach or downtown.
