Very comfortable and clean room in an incredible area and housing community. There is also a gym and pool available which are very nice. There are cleaning supplies in the room so you can clean as needed, including a vacuum. Iris was very welcoming and easy to contact throughout the stay. She even helped me unload my stuff when I arrived. Laundry situation was also comfortable and convenient. Iris also set up insulation for the bedroom window to help minimize outside noise which was very nice. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable. There is a large mini fridge/freezer that is very spacious and fits a lot of food (much larger than hotel size). There is street parking that is a quick walk to the house and convenient. I would highly recommend this Airbnb
