The space is good however there was a bad smell of drains. She did get the cleaner to look at this but it remained fairly persistent. This needs to be looked into.

Beautiful place! Just as described, very clean, spacious rooms with everything that we need. Veronica was very nice and always gave quick responses, and the apartment is located at a very great place, safe and everyone was kind.

We selected the apartment primarily for its lovely and varied facilities. The pool and paddle/basketball courts usually require reservations, which the host made for us without any complaint. The apartment does get hot during the day (though there is a portable cooling unit in the living room) - it cools down again when the sun goes down, and we didn’t have any problems sleeping. Nice host, and a great spot in Nápoles with lots of restaurants and services within walking distance.

Verónica fue muy amable desde el inicio, le comenté un aspecto que me estresaba muchísimo a mi llegada y ella me ayudó, me dio muchas facilidades, lo cual le estaré muy agradecida. Fue muy amable, siempre en comunicación. Las camas de su departamento son muy cómodas, el hecho de que haya 2 baños también nos dio mucha comodidad, las áreas muy limpias y el acceso al departamento es muy rápido. No tuvimos problemas para ingresar, es un lugar muy seguro y disfrutas mucho de la vista por las noches, ya que nosotros salíamos muy temprano y regresábamos ya muy noche. Las áreas verdes son espectaculares, y le agradecemos las cápsulas de café de bienvenida que nos dejó. En general, gracias Vero por ayudarnos el día de nuestra llegada.
