The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well heated and very close to everything, an excellent option to spend a few days in Berlin. Very kind Klaus helped us with some inconveniences very quickly. Very happy with my stay and I definitely recommend it!

I just love all the details in this room. Very clean , lots of spaces , got all facilities we wanted and easy to travel to tourist spots, it’s in the middle of everything. The bathroom’s floor is always warm, I love it !

Praise: - Excellent location and mostly excellent apartment. - The host was helpful beyond expectations, for instance by giving unsolicited advice on how to reach the location from the airport using public transport. - Due to a digital system error, we were able to make a reservation at a whopping 60% discount. Criticism: - The dishwasher was broken. It repeatedly failed to eject the dishwasher tablet and stopped working before finishing the program, leaving the dishes dirty. At arrival, we found an unejected tablet in the dishwasher and dirty dishes in the cupboards, so it must have been broken before our arrival. - The kitchen lacked hand soap and a hand towel. - The windows are fitted with blinds that are see-through and proper curtains are lacking from all but the bedroom windows. At night, this forced us to keep our clothes on or the lights out. - The paint on the bathroom window frame is peeling, which will cause wood rot sooner than later. - We could not find out how to close the ceiling windows, although I’m sure, had we asked, the host would have been more than happy to assist.
