I absolutely loved this home. Very spacious and most importantly very clean. I felt right at home. I loved drinking coffee on the front patio with the ocean view. Very peaceful and beautiful! Ralph was an amazing host. He was very helpful and his response time was quick! I will definitely be coming back and staying here!

We stayed here in Feb 24. It was well located to the airport in a nice quiet area which is perfect for us and nowhere in Antigua takes long to get to if you have a car. The size of the property was great, and the pool was perfect. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the hot water in 2 of the shower rooms and despite chasing numerous times this was not fixed. This meant the whole group of us had to share the en-suite shower in the master bedroom for the entire holiday which was far from ideal.

Where do I start! I frequent Antigua often and brought some friends. This is the perfect place. I was a bit worried at first based on the pictures but this place is perfect. AC in every room, Private Pool, Ample Kitchen, and Great Location. You’re about 10 minutes from the main grocery store on the island and about 5 minutes for restaurants. In addition, you’re 30 seconds away from the beach and it’s a great morning treat. I highly recommend staying here and also consider Ralph’s other properties which I will be booking again. If I had one complaint is that I wish I could’ve stayed longer. This place truly gives you your own space and 6 of us where extremely comfortable.

My family had an excellent stay at Ralph's villa! We were on holiday as a family of six adults (three couples) and the house provided plenty of space for us. We had many enjoyable mornings on the front porch and afternoons and evenings around the pool. The small beach at Blue Waters Resort is pretty and peaceful and only a ten minute walk from the villa. To access other beaches you'll need a car - there are several amazing beaches within a 10-15 minute drive and nearly everywhere on the island can be reached within a half hour. Ralph was an amazing host - he was friendly and welcoming and provided us with great recommendations that really added to our enjoyment of our holiday in Antigua. We'd happily stay there again!

We were here for a family event! Only had one issue and Ralph worked with us to get it fixed. The house and grounds were well maintained. We will be back in the future to visit family again!!
